Hang Squat Clean (Above Knees)+Low Hang Squat Clean (Below Knees)+Squat Clean (Touch & Go)

7 Sets Increasing Weight. 

*Focus on technique, not weight. 

 

Core

:20 On/:10 Off x 4 Minutes (8 Rounds) For Each Movement:

Weighted Plank (45,35) RX+(65,45)

Hollow Rocks

*Do not alternate movements. Finish 4 minutes of weighted planks, then move immediately into 4 minutes of hollow rocks. Focus of tight hollow position while holding the plank.
