3x100 meters each arm, alternating arms
*Minimal rest in between sets. As heavy as possible maintaining proper positioning, speed, and not leaning to one side.

:25 Hanging L-Sit (Accumulated)
1 Minute Plank Rocks
*For plank rocks, hold a low plank while slightly rocking your hips from side to side maintaining a tight hollow midline.
