20 Box Jump Overs (30,24)

MAX Hand Stand Push Ups (Abmat+15's)

*Minute 3-6:

20 Burpees

MAX Toes To Bar

*Minute 6-7:

Rest

*Score Is Total Hand Stand Push Ups+Toes To Bar Combined Between All Three Rounds. 

*Must Stand Up Completely Vertical For Each Burpee.
