*Focus on reaching end range-of-motion of the hamstrings on every deadlift. 

 

3 Rounds For Time:

500 Meter Row

40 Double Unders

20 KB Swings (53,35) RX+(70,53)

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24,20)

*Reset Monitor For Each New Round. 

*KB Swings Must Finish With Arms Completely Vertical. 

*No Extension Required For Box Jumps.
