100 Burpees
Max Calorie Assault Bike
Min 14-21:
100 KB Swings (53,35)
Max Calorie Assault Bike
Min 21-28:
100 Deadlifts (165,115) RX+(185,135)
Max Calorie Assault Bike
*Score is max calories on assault bike. Athletes do not need to reset the monitor. If athletes do not finish any of the 100 reps, deduct a calorie for every missed rep.
