150 Meter Run (Far Sidewalk & Back)
Athlete 1 performs 10/8 Calorie Assault Bike, then athlete 2 performs 10/8 Calorie Assault Bike. Then, Athlete 1 performs 10 Pull Ups, then athlete 2 performs 10 Pull Ups. Athletes must continue the same pattern for the entire workout. Reset bike monitors for each round.
