10-15 Hand Stand Push Ups (May Be Regressed To Pike Push Ups Or Hand Stand Hold)

15-20 Bench Dips

12 Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts Each Leg (May Be Performed Weighted Or Unweighted)

HIIT

5 Rounds (24 Minutes Total):

With 4 Minutes On The Clock:

:45 V Sit Hold

10 V Ups

20 Jumping Hand Release Push Ups

25 Jump Squats

Max Squat Hold With Remaining Time (Hold At Parallel)

*Rest 1 Minute After Each Round.
