MONDAY 4.6.20

Strength 

4 Sets:

12 Tempo Bulgarian Split Squats (Each Leg)

12-15 Diamond Push Ups

20 Bench Dips

*Tempo: 3 Second Negative + 3 Second Hold At Bottom

AMRAP In 15 Minutes:

(1 Rep Of Each, Then 2 Reps Of Each, Then 3 Reps...Etc.)

Burpees

V Ups

Jump Lunges (Left + Right = 1 Rep)

Mountain Climbers (Left + Right = 1 Rep)
