AMRAP In 12 Minutes:

10-8-6-4-2 Strict Pull Up

15-12-9-6-3 Ring Push Up

*Perform 10 Strict Pull Ups, Then 15 Ring Push Ups. Then Proceed To 8 Strict Pull Ups And 12 Ring Push Ups. Continue This Sequence For 12 Minutes. Once Completed With The Last Round, Begin Again With The First Round.
