Endurance workouts week of 10/19:
1.) 4x 750m Row, Rest 1:00. Goal is to Row at 2k Pace minus 2-3 Seconds.
2.) Assault Bike 7x 1 Minute @65%, 1 Minute @ 75%, 1 Minute @ 90%+, 1 Minute Rest.
