*With a continuously running clock, perform 1 thruster the first minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given minute. Scale down if you do not think you are capable of lasting past the 12th-13th minute. Score is last round completed+extra reps.
