*While one athlete is on the rower, the other athlete is working on the 5 rounds. Athletes may switch tasks at any moment. Once one of the tasks is completed, both athletes can work together to finish the other task, however, only one athlete is allowed to work at a time. Workout is finished once both tasks are completed.
