30 Hang Power Clean & Jerk (95,65) RX+(115,80)
*At the START of each of the following minutes, both athletes must complete a 200 Meter Plate Run (45,25) together:

Partition reps in any way. Sit ups must be synchronized, which means that both athletes begin and end each rep at the same time. Sit ups end with shoulder passing the hip. Bike monitor must be reset for each round. Score is total rounds + extra reps, not including any of the runs.
