For Time:

5-4-3-2-1 Rope Climb

10-8-6-4-2 Hand Stand Push Up (Abmat+15’s) RX+(Abmat+Two 45’s Stacked Each Side)

15-12-9-6-3 Box Jump (30,24) 

 

*First Round Is 5 RC, Then 10 HSPU, Then 15 BJ. Second Round Is 4 RC, Then 8 HSPU, Then 12 BJ. Continue This Sequence For All Five Rounds.
