*4 Second Eccentric, As Fast As Possible Concentric. 

*Begin First Set @ 60% Of 1RM & Increase From There. 


5 Rounds (23 Minutes)

With 3 Minutes On The Clock,

20 Burpees To Target (6”)

Max Hang Squat Clean Thruster (115,80) RX+(135,95)

*Rest 2 Minutes After Each Round. 

*Score Is Total Hang Squat Clean Thrusters Combined Between All Five Rounds.
