AMRAP In 5 Minutes:

5 Cleans (135,95) RX+(185,130)

15 Wall Balls (20,14) RX+(25,20)

*Any Style Clean (From The Ground) Is Acceptable. 

*Each Athlete Is Responsible For Changing Their Own Weight. Clips Must Be On The Bar. 

*Score Is Total Reps Combined Between All Three AMRAP’s.
