20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Burpees

50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5 Bodyweight Squats

*200 Meter Run After Each Round

Perform 20 Burpees, Then 50 Squats, Then Run 200 Meters, Then 18 Burpees, Then 45 Squats, Then Run 200 Meters, Then 16 Burpees, Then 40 Squats, Then Run 200 Meters...Etc. Follow The Same Sequence Until Completion.
