12 Pistols Each Leg (Or Single Leg Box Squat)

:60 Accumulated In A Hollow Hold

4 Rounds:

:60 Jumping Jacks (Fast Reps)

50 Back Pack Walking Lunges

40 Alternating Back Pack Step Ups 

30 Alternating Shoulder Taps 

20 No Push Up Burpees

*1 Minute Rest After Each Round
