10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Front Squat

RX(135,95) RX+(155,105)

*Perform 20 Cal Row + 10 Power Cleans + 10 Front Squats. Then Perform 18 Calorie Row + 9 Power Cleans + 9 Front Squats. Continue This Sequence For All 10 Rounds. 

*Reset Monitor For Each Round.
