*Perform 20 Deadlifts, Then 5 Wall Walks, Then 25/20 Calorie Bike. Then Begin Second Round With 16 Deadlifts, Then 5 Wall Walks, Then 20/16 Calorie Bike. Continue This Sequence For All 5 Rounds.
