*Second Round: 20 Front Squats (135,95) RX+(165,115)

*Third Round: 15 Front Squats (155,105) RX+(185,130)

*Fourth Round: 10 Front Squats (165,115) RX+(205,145)

*One Barbell. Athlete Must Change Their Own Weight. Clips Must Be On The Bar.
