20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Wall Ball (20,14) RX+(25,20)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpee Over Rower

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Calorie Row

*Perform 20 WB, 10 BOR, And 20 CR. Then Perform 18 WB, 9 BOR, 18 CR. Continue This Pattern For All 10 Rounds.
