With 3:30 on the clock, perform:

15/12 Calorie bike

With time remaining, AMRAP of:

8 Burpee box jump over (24,20) RX+(30,24)

12 Toes to bar

*Rest 1:30 after each round.

*Score is total reps performed on AMRAP.

*On rounds 2 & 4, begin AMRAP with 12 toes to bar instead of 8 burpee box jump overs.

*Reset monitor each round.
